Change directory operation being a very common and routine one, we simply do not take into mind how much time and efforts it takes us every day. The operating system offers the user several variants of windows for the work with files and folders, such as “Save As..", "Open" and Windows Explorer windows. Besides, there are other popular alternative file managers, such as Total Commander. All of them have versatile user interface. Using RCC you can use the benefits of the unified interface for all the programs of this type.

One unique RCC feature is desirable to be paid attention to. If there is a shortcut to one folder in another folder it will be added as one more menu item, but with the "Shortcut" note. Alongside with the "Folder History" and "Shortcuts", "Folder Shortcuts" is one of the fast file system navigation.

Attention! Very important!

While working RCC automatically scans disks and folders at mouse cursor on the corresponding menu item. The absence of the disk in the removable drives causes irritating mechanical gnash. It is safe for the hardware, but unpleasant for your ears. To get rid of this inconvenience, automatic scanning of the removable drives is disabled in RCC. To see their contents just left-click on the menu item of the removable drive. For the same reason the folders placed on the removable drive, are not displayed in the "Folders History".
