RCC2000 file and folder utility.
Working with the files. Open documents, program launcher.

Besides the effective access to the folders RCC gives the fast and simple access to the programs and documents. In order not to block up the menu with huge amount of files and to simplify their search, the customizable file filters is added to RCC. The file filter is a set of file-masks in the MS-DOS format, united by one name. For example, the "Executable files" filter contains three masks - "*.exe", "*.bat" and "*.cmd" in the default setting. If there is at least one file in the folder which name matches the mask the filter is available as a menu item.

In this case the standard "Run" dialog  will be opened and the file name will be placed at the editing line. The parameters being edited, the program can be launched.

You can independently create file filters, and to edit the existing ones with the help of the "File filters" editor.

A valid mask consists of literal characters, sets, and wildcards. Each literal character must match a single character in the string. The comparison to literal characters is case-insensitive. Each set begins with an opening bracket ([) and ends with a closing bracket (]).The elements of the set are between the brackets. Each element is a literal character or a range. Ranges are specified by an initial value, a dash (-), and a final value. Do not use spaces or commas to separate the elements of the set. A set must match a single character in the string. The character matches the set if it is the same as one of the literal characters in the set, or if it is in one of the ranges in the set. A character is in the range if it matches the initial value, the final value, or lies between the two values. All comparisons are case-insensitive. If the first character after the opening bracket of the set is an exclamation mark (!), then the set matches any character that is not in the set. Wildcards are asterisks (*) or question marks (?). An asterisk matches any number of characters. A question mark matches a single arbitrarycharacter.
